The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $67,200 - $88,200. The salary offered will be based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications. This is a 24-month contract opportunity and will report to the Manager of Warranty Claims. The selected candidate will assist Dealers to correctly administer Factory Warranty and ECP claims via the Warranty Assistance Phone Line. This individual will also be responsible for processing Factory Warranty and ECP claims submitted by our Dealer network. The selected candidate will maintain our high-level standard of Dealer satisfaction.
