The Role

As a Project Coordinator at Beanfield, you will play a key role in supporting project execution through the development of budgets, schedules, and financial tracking procedures. Working closely with departments across the organization, you'll help manage forecasts and budgets while keeping teams updated on project progress. This position is part of Beanfield’s Outside Plant (OSP) department and reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Construction Implementation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead small technical teams to ensure efficient project implementation.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, estimating timelines, and providing regular status updates.

  • Coordinate resources and logistics to support end-to-end project execution.

  • Oversee migration projects, including site audits, splicing, hardware installation, and customer transitions.

  • Prepare project quotes and budgets; track spending and provide financial reports.

  • Assign tasks to team members and guide them through the project lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with functional leads to foster a cooperative and results-driven team culture.

  • Promote effective communication and team engagement across departments.

  • Set up new projects in the project management software.

  • Create account numbers and assign budgets in SAP.

  • Generate SAP reports to monitor project expenditures.

  • Update project statuses in Jira upon completion.

  • Perform other related duties as required.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma and/or post-secondary education in a relevant field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or telecom.

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.

  • Pursuing or holding PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an asset.

  • Experience with SAP is considered an asset.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. The salary range indicated includes a Short Term Incentive Plan (“STIP”) which represents a percentage of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The STIP payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The STIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the STIP’s eligibility requirements.
