Dasro is looking for a Business Analyst (Intermediate) for one of its clients in Calgary, AB. Start date: 08/17/2026. End date: 06/30/2027 Working hours: 8 Hours per day. 40 Hours per week Location: Calgary, AB, Canada Job industry: Utilities and Energy Responsibilities: Lease Administration Business Analyst will: Support lease lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and terminations Act as a liaison between business units, landlords, legal counsel & other stakeholders during lease negotiations Coordinate and facilitate the review, preparation, and execution of real estate documents Maintain accurate lease records (files), critical dates, and documentation Manage document workflows, including sending agreements for signature and maintaining records Submit vendor set up/modifications requests for real estate vendors Upload and capture all leases in PowerPlan. Partnering with accounting teams to support lease accounting processes and financial reporting requirements (e.g., compliance with accounting standards under ASC 842) Assist with budgeting related to real estate portfolio including preparing rent reports for the 4&8 and 8&4 budgeting cycles and explaining rent variances Process lease payments and ensure accuracy and timeliness Perform payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Manage subtenant rent payments (revenue) and invoicing Mandatory Requirements: Education: University Degree in relevant discipline Experience: 4-9 years
