Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Senior Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365. The Senior Consultant will lead and execute Dynamics 365 implementations, including solution design, configuration, customization, and integration with other Microsoft Cloud services. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and advising clients on best practices for Dynamics 365 across CRM, ERP, and related modules. The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders, preparing documentation, conducting demos and user training, and supporting testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization. The consultant is also expected to stay current with Microsoft updates, recommend enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal methodologies and templates. Qualifications Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., CRM, ERP, Business Applications) and related configuration, customization, and solution design. Hands-on skills working with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and integration tools or APIs. Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions, including process mapping, gap analysis, and functional/technical documentation. Experience with implementation methodologies, testing, data migration, and deployment in consulting or client-facing environments. Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and provide user training and support. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, contract setting. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure) are highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
