About the role
We are seeking a Change Management Manager to support a high-impact transformation initiative within a leading insurance organization. This role will focus on driving business change, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, communications, and readiness activities across multiple business functions. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to gain exposure to enterprise-wide transformation programs and work closely with senior leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Lead change management activities for large-scale business transformation initiatives. Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities. Conduct change impact assessments and support business readiness efforts. Partner with Program Managers and business leaders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working. Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions. Monitor risks, dependencies, and adoption metrics throughout the project lifecycle. Create executive-ready status updates, presentations, and recommendations. Support post-implementation sustainability and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of professional experience. 2+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Project Management, or Organizational Change. Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within complex organizations. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to influence and build relationships across business and leadership teams. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience Insurance, Financial Services, Banking, Consulting, or Enterprise Transformation environments. Experience with business readiness, user adoption, training, and communications. Exposure to front-to-back business process transformation programs.
