Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Network Load Balancer Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise load balancing and network security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in F5 BIG-IP, Citrix NetScaler, cloud networking, Secure Service Edge (SSE), and enterprise network security. Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical environments and OT/SCADA network security is highly desirable. Mandatory Skills AWS Infrastructure Services Azure Infrastructure Services HP Data Center/Branch Routers & Switches Netskope SSE Zscaler (ZIA & ZPA) Primary Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain enterprise load balancing infrastructure using F5 BIG-IP, Citrix NetScaler, and Azure Front Door. Define and enforce enterprise network security architecture standards, policies, and control frameworks. Lead network security design for cloud transformation, mergers & acquisitions, and critical infrastructure initiatives. Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver secure, resilient network solutions. Support application teams in designing high-availability, failover, and disaster recovery architectures. Manage upgrades, patching, maintenance, and integration of load balancers and network security platforms. Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and industry best practices. Provide expertise in firewalls, WAF, IPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, PKI, encryption technologies, and secure application delivery. Support OT/ICS/SCADA environments, including Purdue Model zoning and segmentation between operational and business networks. Drive vulnerability management, lifecycle planning, and continuous improvements across network security platforms. Participate in business continuity planning, disaster recovery activities, and on-call support rotations. Required Qualifications 8–10 years of experience in enterprise networking, load balancing, and network security. University degree or Technical Diploma with relevant industry experience. Strong experience with: F5 BIG-IP Citrix NetScaler Azure Front Door Enterprise Load Balancing Hands-on expertise with: Firewalls Web Application Firewalls (WAF) Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) DNS PKI SSL/TLS OpenSSL & Cipher Suites Experience with Secure Service Edge (SSE) platforms including: Netskope Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) Cisco Umbrella/Secure Access Fortinet SASE Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and the OSI model. Experience with UNIX/Linux administration and scripting (Bash or Python). Knowledge of authentication technologies including LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
