10 years’ experience leading organizational change management (OCM) activities implementing information technology solutions. Experience should include organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, identifying key risks, and development of change management plans. At least 1 example should include OCM activities performed in a healthcare environment. Examples should include specific details of role and work performed. 5 years’ experience working with senior leadership to develop communications strategies and providing communications coaching. Examples should provide specific details of role and work performed. 2 years’ experience performing organizational change management, while implementing a standardized clinical plan across multiple healthcare organizations.
