SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills: 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design. Expertise in User Experience (UX), Visual Design, User Flows, Wireframes, High-Fidelity UI, Prototyping, and Design Systems. Strong proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools. Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance research, ideation, workflows, and user experiences. Strong understanding of User Research, Usability Testing, Information Architecture, WCAG Accessibility, and Inclusive Design. Experience designing enterprise platforms, SaaS products, or data-intensive digital applications in Agile environments. Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business Stakeholders to drive product strategy and deliver user-centered solutions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and design leadership skills with experience in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and design-to-development handoff.
