Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Manager-Digital Strategy & Insights. This position involves developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth through innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and a collaborative approach to enhance digital channels and workplace technologies.
Pay rate range (CAD): $39.86/hr – $47.83/hr
Responsibilities
Design, develop, manage, and implement strategic digital initiatives from concept to execution Develop business goals and key performance metrics to monitor and gain insights into campaigns and programs Coordinate cross-group activities and logistics to support change implementation Collaborate across departments to deliver results aligned with group objectives Foster a culture aligned with organizational purpose, values, and strategy, promoting diversity and inclusion Set inspirational goals, define expected outcomes, and establish clear accountability for deliverables Build and nurture interdependent teams for optimal stakeholder value Serve as a trusted advisor for assigned initiatives and programs Analyze issues, prepare recommendations, and implement solutions to address business challenges Assist in strategic planning and the development of comprehensive business programs Identify emerging trends and issues to inform decision-making processes Prioritize business activities and determine optimal sequencing for strategy execution Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment Breakdown complex strategic problems, analyze data, and generate insights Employ systems to manage and track information efficiently Integrate multiple data sources to enhance analysis, reporting, and processes Monitor performance metrics, address issues proactively, and recommend improvements Design and deliver regular and ad-hoc dashboards and reports Support change management initiatives and measure program effectiveness Provide specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support; work independently on non-routine situations Broader accountabilities may be assigned as needed
Desired Skill-Set
5 to 7 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent Experience in financial services and technology, with understanding of digital trends Knowledge of digital channels, workplace technology platforms, and services Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven collaboration and team skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Influence and stakeholder management skills Data-driven decision-making capability
Nice to Have
Prior experience with digital marketing strategies and tools Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools Experience implementing change management programs Knowledge of FI digital platforms and workplace technologies
