About The Role

What if your professional experience in rehabilitation could directly influence how AI supports the career development of healthcare professionals across Canada? We're looking for experienced Rehabilitation Therapists in the Toronto area to help train, evaluate, and improve next-generation AI career guidance systems.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to registered therapists and allied health professionals. No AI background required — just deep clinical expertise and strong written communication skills.

What You'll Do

Review career-related questions from rehabilitation and therapy professionals at various stages of their careers Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level, practical career guidance tailored to real-world clinical contexts Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess the quality and accuracy of AI-generated career advice Identify AI recommendations that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unrealistic Apply your knowledge of Ontario's healthcare system, registration requirements, and Canadian career pathways in rehabilitation Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

Licensed or experienced Rehabilitation Therapist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or related regulated health professional Strong understanding of Canadian healthcare career progression, registration requirements (including COTO, CNO, or relevant Ontario regulatory bodies), and professional development Experience mentoring students, clinical placement learners, or junior colleagues is highly valued Excellent written communication skills in English — able to deliver clear, actionable career guidance Self-motivated and comfortable working independently to meet quality standards

Nice to Have

Active registration with an Ontario or Canadian regulatory college Experience in hospital-based, community, or outpatient rehabilitation settings Supervisory, preceptorship, or clinical educator experience Specialized certifications within Canadian rehabilitation practice Familiarity with Toronto's major hospital networks and academic health science centres
