Role Description We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven SEO, GEO + Ads Specialist to help our clients get found and convert. This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, executes efficiently, and knows how to turn traffic into measurable business outcomes. You’ll work across a variety of client accounts, partnering with our team to drive qualified leads through search and paid media.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO, GEO and Ad strategies that improve rankings and traffic Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and on-page optimization Manage and optimize Ads Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic improvements

Qualifications Proven experience with both SEO, GEO and Meta/Google Ads (required) Strong understanding of technical SEO and GEO fundamentals Experience managing paid budgets and improving ROAs Comfortable working across multiple client accounts and collaborating with team members Data-driven and proactive in identifying opportunities Excellent communicator who can translate metrics into insights Experience with service-based businesses is an asset Experience in digital advertising or working with virtual support services is an asset
