Role Summary: We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our team. The Fabricator is responsible for reading and interpreting drawings, measuring and cutting materials, building tooling (jigs/fixtures) and assembling and welding components to create high-quality finished products. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience operating a lathe and milling machine and general fabrication tools. This individual will have an attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

General Accountabilities and Required Skills: · Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. · Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components according to specifications. · Operate fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently. · Experience in MIG and TIG welding · Milling machine and lathe experience. · Experience fabricating welding and drilling jigs. · Perform welding, grinding, and finishing work as required. · Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy. · Maintain a clean and safe working environment. · Excellent collaborative skills

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Previous fabrication, welding, or manufacturing experience Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail. Ability to read and follow technical drawings, instructions, or assembly guides. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working on your feet for the entire shift. Valid driver’s license.

This role begins as a 3-month contract and may be extended based on operational requirements and mutual fit.
