ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign & Marketing Support

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns
• Support lead generation initiatives and business development efforts
• Coordinate marketing schedules and timelines
• Prepare marketing presentations and sales collateral

Content Creation & Brand Management

• Draft and edit content for newsletters, blogs, and social media
• Source and edit images, graphics, and video content
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Manage and schedule social media content
• Monitor engagement and respond to interactions
• Track campaign performance and assist with reporting
• Support website content updates

Event & Campaign Coordination

• Assist in organizing webinars, conferences, and trade shows
• Coordinate with vendors and partners
• Support campaign logistics

Administrative Support

• Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
• Assist with budget tracking and invoices
• Provide general administrative support

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Experience with tools like MailChimp or Salesforce is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
