About The Role

We're looking for Document Review Specialists to read, annotate, and classify a wide range of documents — helping cutting-edge AI learn to interpret structured and unstructured text the way humans do.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong reading comprehension and a methodical approach to work. No prior experience in law, document management, or AI is required — just a reliable work ethic and a commitment to accuracy.

What You'll Do
Read and annotate documents spanning articles, reports, forms, and more Classify document sections, extract key information, and label data points with precision Identify important entities, dates, and relationships within text Follow structured annotation guidelines consistently across large document sets Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy throughout your work Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
Strong reading comprehension and the ability to process diverse document types Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, consistent approach Comfortable following precise annotation instructions and adapting to new guidelines Self-motivated and reliable when working independently No background in legal, document management, or AI fields required
Nice to Have
Experience in research, editing, data entry, or quality assurance Familiarity with structured annotation or tagging workflows Background in any field requiring careful, systematic reading and analysis
