Post Producer (Contract) — Downtown Toronto, Hybrid I'm hiring a Post Producer for one of the world's largest global marketing and advertising networks — the kind of shop whose work shows up across broadcast, digital, and social for brands you'd know instantly. This sits inside their in-house content and production studio, where the volume is steady and the work spans multiple markets and languages.

This is a producer's seat, not a craft seat. You won't be cutting picture or mixing audio — you'll be the one keeping projects moving. Schedules, budgets, talent, and the steady stream of things that need solving before they become problems. It's a great spot for someone a few years into production who's ready to own projects end to end and grow into bigger ones.

What you'd be doing: Leading post-production projects from kickoff to final delivery across several at once Building and holding schedules, keeping an eye on budget, and flagging risks early to the Senior and Executive Producers you'll work alongside Running voiceover production: casting and booking talent, coordinating sessions, helping direct in the room Managing localization workflows — adapting creative across languages and markets and keeping it on spec Coordinating a project team and helping guide the coordinators supporting you

What makes someone right for this: 2 to 5 years in a post-production environment, with some of that time spent producing or leading projects rather than only doing the hands-on work Exposure to voiceover production and localization — this is the part that sets the role apart, so any real experience here matters Organized, calm under pressure, and someone people trust to keep things on track

The details: contract through August 31, 2026, with a strong chance to extend. Hybrid, three days a week onsite in downtown Toronto. Pay is $35–50/hr depending on overall experience.
