Robert Half is recruiting for a retail client who is seeking multiple talented Graphic Artists to support the development of original artwork and graphic concepts for an upcoming product collection launch. This is a 6 month contract role that will focus on creating compelling, trend-forward graphics for apparel and fashion accessories that align with seasonal themes, brand standards, and consumer trends. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in translating concepts into production-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities Develop original graphic concepts, prints, patterns, and artwork for apparel and fashion accessories. Create compelling visual designs that support seasonal product collections and overall business objectives. Execute artwork from initial concept through final production-ready files. Adapt, resize, and reformat graphics for various product applications and formats. Ensure designs align with established brand standards, visual guidelines, and category strategies. Collaborate closely with internal design and merchandising teams to refine concepts and incorporate feedback. Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Modify and update artwork as needed to accommodate changing business and production requirements.

Product Categories Design work may include: Bags and totes Wallets and pouches Keychains Scarves and mittens Reading robes and socks Slippers Other seasonal fashion accessories

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Illustration, or related field preferred. 3-8+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within apparel, accessories, retail, or consumer products. Strong portfolio demonstrating print, pattern, graphic, and product artwork development. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong understanding of color, typography, composition, and trend-driven design. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
