Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on various RV systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, propane and HVAC.
• Conduct routine maintenance including sealing units.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to electrical systems, HVAC and appliances.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to disassemble, repair, and reassemble RV parts with precision and safety.
• Repair or replace wall panels, countertops, cabinets ect.
• Perform equipment repair tasks including plumbing repairs and HVAC servicing to ensure all systems operate smoothly during customer use.
• Maintain detailed service records, communicate repair findings clearly to customers, as well as the service manager and uphold high standards of customer service throughout every interaction.

Qualifications

• Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in carpentry electrical diagnostics and repair.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems including electrical wiring techniques.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques required for on-road repairs.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Pay: $19.85-$30.00 per hour
