About the role

We’re Hiring: Registered OT & SLP Indigo Sky Therapy is growing! We are looking for a Registered Occupational Therapist and a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as independent contractors. Our clinics in Port Moody and Maple Ridge provide individualized, family-centred support for children and youth with autism, Down syndrome, ADHD and other developmental and neurodivergent profiles. What we offer: • Competitive contractor rate of $80–$110 per billable hour • Flexible scheduling and caseload • Choice of working at our Port Moody (OT) or Maple Ridge (OT and SLP) location • Clinic space and administrative support • Opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration • A welcoming, child-centred and neurodiversity-affirming environment Qualifications: • Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC • Professional liability insurance • Experience working with children and families • Strong communication, documentation and collaboration skills • Experience supporting autism, Down syndrome, developmental disabilities, AAC, sensory needs or daily living skills is an asset Contractors will have flexibility in determining their availability, preferred location and caseload. Indigo Sky Therapy is a center-based clinic in Port Moody, BC, offering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and youth with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and other developmental needs.

Founded by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Soha Sarraf, Indigo Sky Therapy is built on both lived experience and professional expertise. We work closely with families to identify and build on each child's unique strengths through individualized 1:1 therapy, small group interaction sessions, and social skills classes for teens.

Our mission is to create a supportive, inclusive space where children thrive and families feel empowered. We are passionate about equipping parents with practical tools and coaching so they can support their child’s growth with confidence, both at home and in the community.

Services include: – 1:1 ABA Therapy – Small Group Sessions (2:1 peer interaction) – Teen Social Skills Groups – Parent Coaching – Daily Living Support – Individualized Behavioral Programs

We proudly serve families in Metro Vancouver (Tri-Cities). Services are available in English and Farsi.
