Job Title: Senior Project Manager – ERP Location: Edmonton, AB (Remote with occasional Travel) Employment Type: Contract

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple high-priority ERP initiatives supporting the 1GX program. This role will oversee project delivery across Procurement Modernization, OneStream, and Complex Scheduling while partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale ERP projects, public sector initiatives, and complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of multiple ERP projects from planning through implementation. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance activities. Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps. Coordinate with business teams, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership and steering committees. Support procurement, budgeting, forecasting, HRIS, and enterprise business initiatives. Manage project communications, risks, decisions, and issue resolution. Facilitate governance meetings and ensure project deliverables meet business objectives. Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness. Ensure compliance with PMO standards and project management best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications 12+ years of Project Management experience leading large enterprise IT initiatives. Experience managing ERP implementation or modernization projects. Experience leading Procurement System projects covering Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Contract-to-Pay (C2P) processes. Experience managing HRIS implementation or modernization projects. Experience delivering Budgeting and Forecasting system projects (SAP environment preferred). Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and governance. Experience preparing executive-level project status reports and steering committee presentations. Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills Public Sector or Government project experience. SAP ERP experience. OneStream implementation experience. Procurement modernization experience. PMO governance and executive reporting experience. PMP Certification.
