We’re united by a shared commitment to excellent and equitable health care.  Position Overview Under the general direction of the Food Services Manager or Area Supervisor, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface Hospital, the Food Production Attention is responsible for: assembling specified recipes and/or assisting the Cooks with the preparation of foods as specified by the menu; and performing other related duties as assigned. Experience

Six (6) months food service preparation experience.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

Grade 10.

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Manual skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk/stand throughout the shift.
Demonstrated good personal cleanliness.
Ability to lift and move moderately heavy objects.
Ability to withstand heat and steam.
