Job Summary The Specialty Developer IV is responsible for leading technical aspects of a project from inception through to deployment. This role involves participating in analysis and system design specification sessions, as well as documentation of design options and solutions according to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology. You will be joining a large team and will have a 2-week training period. This position is with a top 10 North American bank, offering the opportunity to work for a leading financial institution, build professional networks, and benefit from conversion and extension possibilities.
Key Responsibilities Lead technical aspects of the project from inception through to deployment Participate in analysis and system design specification sessions Document design options and solutions according to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology
Required Skills Technical knowledge or experience with cloud environments (MS Azure) as well as experience with Data Management and Analytics Strong technical knowledge and experience with: PySpark, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI Experience with analyzing large data sets, drawing insights and inferences, and communicating outputs Experienced with Data/Text Mining, Optimization, Algorithm Development, Automation, Data Visualization, and Simulation Reading and comprehending data schemas, metadata, entity relationship diagrams and other technical documentation as well as writing documentation Databricks experience Unity Catalog experience Synapse experience Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment Strong statistical and analytical skills as well as a passion for analytics
Preferred Skills Banking experience Project Management experience
