This position is a new opportunity in our company

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Advanced Process Control division for a 6 month contract.

This role as Project Manager is crucial in ensuring seamless coordination among sales, engineering, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate will manage client feedback loops, track sales progress, and facilitate regular updates and reporting to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the scope and possess the necessary information and resources to meet deadlines and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Feedback Management Draft, manage, and track client reports, meeting minutes and internal/external communication. Serve and support as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of issues and questions. Maintain a structured feedback loop to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Progress Tracking Monitor and report on progress with support from several activities from the technical team. Coordinate with sales, engineering, quality, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.

Project Coordination Lead and coordinate internal meetings to align stakeholders on project and sales status. Ensure timely execution of sales projects, including spare parts delivery. Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines and deliverables. Oversee budget tracking and other important project information. Manage and coordinate the team’s travel. Review the Travel and Leaving and reimbursable expenses

Reporting & Documentation Prepare weekly internal and client-facing reports on project. Maintain accurate records of communications, decisions, and project milestones. Support the development of standard operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment. Support the sales team with technical documentation, quotations, and client proposals as needed.

Skills, and Abilities Tasks Driven Emotional Intelligence Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Being able to work under tight deadlines

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical field from an accredited university or equivalent experience. CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar (beneficial, but not essential); Advanced business degree (beneficial, but not essential);

Experience A total of 1 to 5 years of related experience in project management.

Languages English Spanish (beneficial, but not essential); Portuguese (beneficial, but not essential);
