We're partnering with a globally recognized consumer brand to find a Senior Project Manager who will lead the successful delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives from concept through execution. You'll play a key role in bringing cross-functional teams together, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. Working alongside creative, brand, and operational leaders, you'll help drive collaboration, improve processes, and create efficiencies across a dynamic global marketing organization. Your Responsibilities • You'll lead marketing and brand projects from initial briefing through final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved. • You'll build trusted relationships with stakeholders across creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and expectations. • You'll oversee project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation while proactively identifying and resolving risks. • You'll facilitate collaboration between creative teams, project owners, and leadership to keep projects moving efficiently. • You'll contribute to the evolution of project management processes, templates, and operational best practices. • You'll support resource planning and workflow optimization to improve project delivery across multiple initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications • 5+ years of progressive marketing project management experience, supported by post-secondary education in Project Management or a related field. • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. • Experience managing creative marketing projects, ideally within an agency or consumer brand environment. • Advanced proficiency with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools. • Strong knowledge of print, digital, video, and creative production workflows. • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and drive continuous process improvement.
