The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IAM capabilities, Agile product delivery, and stakeholder management in large enterprise environments. Required Skills 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience delivering digital products 2+ years of hands-on IAM/CIAM experience in large enterprises Strong knowledge of: User Registration & Onboarding Authentication & Authorization Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Single Sign-On (SSO) Federation (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) Identity Proofing Native Mobile App Login Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization Agile/Scrum delivery experience (CSPO or SAFe certification is a plus) Experience writing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria Strong understanding of security, privacy, compliance, and accessibility requirements Experience collaborating with Architects, Engineering, Security, and Business teams Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to define and track KPIs and use data to improve customer login and authentication experiences
