About the role
We are seeking an experienced RPA Blue Prism Developer with 6 8 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Blue Prism automation development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, supporting, and enhancing RPA solutions while working in a regulated enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance Blue Prism automation solutions. Configure and test processes on Virtual Machines. Troubleshoot and resolve Blue Prism application and infrastructure issues. Manage Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, Exception Handling, and Process Enhancements. Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions. Support release management, change control, deployments, and production support. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Participate in Agile team meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
6 8 years of overall IT experience with 2 4+ years of Blue Prism development. Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism, Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, and Exception Handling. Experience with Virtual Machines and Active Directory. Knowledge of Release Management, Change Control, and Deployment processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 4 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6 12 Months
