About the role
Remote Role (8 AM ET – 5 PM ET). 6+ Month Contract | Potential Extension
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management leader to help drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a highly complex platform environment. This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable, portfolio-level change management strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience leading change across large enterprise transformations, building sustainable operating models, and managing cumulative organizational change impacts
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree (15+ years without) Enterprise-level Organizational Change Management experience Experience managing change across multiple concurrent initiatives/programs Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Experience designing scalable change enablement frameworks Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments
Responsibilities: Define and implement portfolio-level change management strategies Design scalable mechanisms to assess and manage cumulative change impact Integrate change processes into planning, prioritization, and delivery frameworks Enable TPMs and program leaders to proactively assess readiness and organizational impact Coach stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams Create sustainable operational models that teams can continue post-engagement
Preferred Skills: Experience supporting platform/product/engineering organizations Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor
