JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Senior Transformational Communications Lead to drive strategic communications for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA-enabled enterprise transformation.
This is a 15-month contract position. It will be 3 days/week onsite in Markham.
Responsibilities: Lead communications strategy aligned to transformation goals and OCM Develop clear, compelling messaging for executives, leaders, and employees Enable adoption of new systems and ways of working through targeted communications Manage end-to-end communications plan, timelines, and deliverables Partner with OCM, HR, Corporate Communications, and program stakeholders Create leadership materials (briefs, decks, toolkits) and engagement content Drive communication governance, effectiveness tracking, and continuous improvement Leading communications during design phase → enterprise-wide rollout Accountable for company-wide transformation communications, not just SAP workstream
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Enterprise change communications + ERP implementations (SAP preferred) Comfortable operating at high complexity, large-scale transformation level
Role Scope / Level True transformational communications lead (not just project comms) Owning communications across the entire transformation, not just SAP module Ideally someone who has operated at Director level or equivalent
