Deliverables

The successful candidate must deliver the following in order to successfully complete the engagement:

Facilitation of workshops and information gathering sessions including the creation of supporting materials such as presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, etc; Documentation of as is and to be business processes and standard operating procedures using such tools as business process modelling notation (BPMN) Documentation of functional and non-functional business requirements, gap analysis, and user stories/use cases as it relates to new or changing program needs Translate business requirements into User Stories and manage them using Jira (or similar tool). Documentation to support training activities including reference guides and tools Document operational framework to support operational program delivery. Facilitating iterative development, manage changing requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Create and manage user stories, epics, and tasks, ensuring clear and traceable requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Grooming backlogs using Jira to prioritize features based on business value, stakeholder input, and technical feasibility. Other duties and tasks assigned.
