<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>The work offered is for a one off project for this summer, involving the removal of an old wooden deck and the construction of a new wooden deck. It will include activities such as grading, carpentry, painting, landscaping, specifically:</p><p>Remove the old wood deck and load into a dumpster,</p><p>Some digging,</p><p>Moving, placing and compacting gravel,</p><p>Moving and staining new lumber,</p><p>Laying landscape fabric,</p><p>Applying joist tape,</p><p>Assembling the deck with screws using manual and impact drivers,</p><p>Final landscaping.</p><p><br /></p><p>Experience is not necessary, I can instruct you, provided that you are willing to learn and are reasonably dexterous with your hands.</p><p><br /></p><p>You need to be punctual, willing to work, willing to learn new things, willing to follow instructions and willing to turn off your cell phone (or whatever) during work hours.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p></div></div>
