The role will be a short term B2B customer experience market research project in the Telecoms industry. We are looking for someone available to work part-time in a remote environment.

Requirements Ability to purchase telecom products and services on behalf of a small business, either you own a small business or you work for a small business and look after their purchasing of Telecommunication services Be a Business Customer of one of the following operators: Telus, Rogers, or Bell Able to access operator website portals Fluent in local language as well as fluency in speaking and writing in English. Resident in the local country Full eligibility to work in the country in which you are applying Good communication skills Understanding of Business fixed line and mobile contracts Access to a working telephone and computer Digital “savvy” – understands digital, internet services and has extensive experience with technology as consumer Business / IT background preferred Desired – enrolled / recently graduated from a Business / Computer science degree
