Messageway/Seeburger Support Analyst Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-4 Days WFO) 12 months
Experience: Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer systems [Messageway / Seeburger experience would be added advantage] Candidate must have extensive knowledge of secure file transfer protocols, data integration, automation, and troubleshooting Messageway / Seeburger MFTP processes. Experience working with Messageway / Seeburger MFTP, or similar managed file transfer solutions. Strong understanding of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS,HTTPs, etc.). Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer systems [Messageway / Seeburger experience would be added advantage] Experience in automating file transfer workflows and monitoring tools. Knowledge of enterprise integrations and data exchange solutions. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong familiarity with Messageway / Seeburger Configuration and File Transfer Management. Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments. Knowledge of scripting languages like Shell, Python, or PowerShell for automation. Configured and maintain SSH keys for secure partner connection and PGP keys for encryption/decryption of sensitive files Job
Responsibilities :
Install, configure, and maintain Messageway / Seeburger MFTP software for secure file transfers. Configure and manage transfer flows, queues, and channels for seamless data exchange. Implement and enforce secure file transfer protocols, including SFTP,FTP, and FTPS Automate file transfer workflows using Messageway / Seeburger MFTP automation tools. Monitor and resolve file transfer issues by reviewing logs, triggers ,and alerts. Ensure high availability and reliability of file transfer systems. Provide level 2/3 support for troubleshooting and resolving file transfer issues. Collaborate with internal teams (IT, DevOps, etc.) to ensure smooth file transfer operations. Perform root cause analysis on file transfer failures and implement corrective actions. Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures. Windows OS server patching, coordinate maintenance activity, validate application functionality after OS patching
