Dawn InfoTek Inc. is a professional IT consulting team that partners with major financial institutions, investment firms, and government sectors. We are currently seeking a Salesforce QA Analyst for a contract opportunity.

Role: Salesforce QA Analyst Work Arrangement: Hybrid – currently 2 days/week onsite, may increase to 3–4 days/week based on business needs Contract Duration: 6 months with high possibility of extension

Responsibilities: • Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures • Plan test schedules and testing strategies based on project scope and delivery timelines • Produce dashboards and reports for sprints and code releases • Identify, analyze, and document issues related to program functionality, output, screens, or content • Monitor bug resolution efforts and track testing progress • Document software defects using bug tracking systems and report defects to developers • Create and maintain databases of known test defects • Apply testing standards, QA methodologies, and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle Must Have Skills: • Minimum 5 years of QA testing experience • Experience with Salesforce integration testing • 3+ years of experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket/Git • Experience managing test cases and test plans using JIRA plugins such as Xray or Zephyr • Strong understanding of testing standards and methodologies Nice to Have: • Experience with Talend, version 7 or 8 • Exposure to nCino, especially within financial services and automation contexts • Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform functional testing • Salesforce certification • Previous experience in the financial industry • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
