Your Mission
👥 Drive business development & market expansion from early traction to scale 🚀 Launch and grow Variet, securing first customers and distribution channels 🤝 Build strategic partnerships across B2B, B2G, and new industry verticals 💸 Support fundraising, investor engagement, and pitch preparation 📈 Develop and execute the go-to-market roadmap for both the brand and platform 👤 Help assemble and lead the founding team as we scale 📊 Contribute to financial planning and operational execution
What You Bring
✅ Experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership ✅ Proven ability to take products from zero-to-one and build traction ✅ Comfortable working across strategy and hands-on execution ✅ Strong communicator — able to pitch, negotiate, and close deals ✅ Passion for sustainable innovation and meaningful product ecosystems ✅ Ownership mindset — building long-term value, not a quick exit
