About this opportunity: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Flex POD AMS Consultant to support ongoing finance transformation and AMS initiatives. This role will focus on delivering expertise across S/4HANA Finance (FICO) processes with a strong emphasis on Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset-to-Retire (ATR), and Treasury functions.You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to enhance financial processes, optimize system integrations, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.

What You’ll Do: • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement across SAP FICO modules • Design and document future-state processes aligned to S/4HANA best practices • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather, validate, and refine requirements • Provide expert guidance on SAP Ariba Invoicing and P2P processes • Support integration between SAP FICO, SAP MM (Purchasing), and Ariba via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) • Develop detailed process documentation, functional specifications, and solution designs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system and process integration • Troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide scalable solutions • Contribute to key project and operational decisions while mentoring team members • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

What You Bring: • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO, including RTR, AP, ATR, PTP, and Treasury • Expert-level proficiency in SAP Ariba Invoicing • Strong experience with Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) • Advanced knowledge of SAP MM (Purchasing – PO processes) • Experience with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) • Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and deliver functional solutions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process modeling skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Nice to Have • Experience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments • Exposure to integration-heavy SAP landscapes • Prior experience supporting AMS or Flex POD delivery models • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
