The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of banking technology and business initiatives. Required Skills 10+ years of Project Management experience. Mandatory experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry. Strong experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle. Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience coordinating with business, technology, QA, and vendor teams. Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills. PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus. Responsibilities Plan, manage, and deliver banking projects on time and within budget. Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams. Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies. Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates. Ensure project deliverables meet business and quality expectations. Drive successful implementation and project closure.
