About The Role
What if your curiosity, critical thinking, and eye for quality could directly influence how AI communicates with millions of people? We're looking for Generalists to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated content across a wide range of topics and formats — helping make AI smarter, clearer, and more reliable.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong attention to detail and clear written communication. No specialized background or prior AI experience required — just a commitment to doing good work.
Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Review and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, tone, and overall quality across diverse topics and formats Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback on AI outputs Flag content that is misleading, inaccurate, or poorly constructed Complete task-based assignments with precision and consistency Follow detailed project guidelines and apply them reliably across tasks Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Strong attention to detail with a systematic, consistent approach to tasks Clear written communication skills in English Comfortable evaluating a broad variety of topics and writing styles Self-motivated and reliable when working independently No prior AI, tech, or content moderation experience required
Nice to Have
Background in writing, editing, research, or communications Experience with quality assurance, fact-checking, or critical analysis Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
