Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Marketing Specialist to support Marketing Technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing email marketing campaigns, optimizing customer engagement, and driving continuous improvements within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. Daily Responsibilities Handle the execution of email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including day-to-day operations such as email development, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing/quality assurance, and deployment. Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards with respect to email development and online marketing and be able to research, recommend, and apply new technologies as they emerge. Champion continuous advancement of email features, process improvements, and automation capabilities to optimize customer experience and internal/external workflows. Conduct A/B tests to experiment with subject lines, email layouts, and creatives to drive increases in open and click-through rates. Ensure campaign accuracy, timeliness, and impact by collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Develop Distributed Marketing content blocks for emails sent with Distributed Marketing. Establish and maintain email best practices while adhering to brand standards. Create and update new or existing email templates and journeys. Collaborate on documentation and organization of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. Work closely with the Manager of Digital Messaging to create efficiencies and automations for email campaigns. The expected base salary range for this position is $50 – $60 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
