We're looking for experienced Project Managers in Toronto to help evaluate and improve next-generation AI career guidance systems — ensuring they deliver advice that is accurate, practical, and grounded in how the profession actually works.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just real-world PM expertise and strong written communication skills.

What You'll Do

Review career-related questions from professionals at different stages of their project management careers Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within your field Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice Flag inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations produced by AI systems Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

Experienced Project Manager with a strong command of how the PM profession works across industries Clear understanding of career progression, hiring practices, and professional development within project management Experience mentoring, managing, interviewing, or advising other professionals is a strong asset Excellent written communication skills — you can translate complex career realities into clear, practical guidance Self-motivated and comfortable working independently No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other recognized PM certifications Experience managing cross-functional or enterprise-level projects Leadership or people management background Coaching, mentoring, or career advisory experience Familiarity with the Toronto or Canadian job market for project management roles
