We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of AWS Software Developer to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

Contract duration: 6 months with possibility of extension Role type: Hybrid - 2-3 days a week in office required

Job Summary We are looking for an AWS Software Developer with strong experience in AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK), cloud-native application development, and AWS Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and automate scalable data platforms and applications using AWS services and Infrastructure as Code.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain AWS-based applications and data solutions. Build and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK. Develop and support AWS Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures. Build and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. Implement CI/CD, monitoring, and AWS best practices.

Must Have Strong experience with AWS CDK and Infrastructure as Code. 5+ years of software development experience using Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, IAM, Glue, and Redshift. Experience designing and implementing AWS Data Lake and/or Data Warehouse solutions. Strong SQL and data modeling skills. Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have Experience with Docker, ECS/EKS, or Kubernetes. AWS certifications (Developer, Solutions Architect, or Data Engineer). Experience working in Agile environments. Previous Banking experience
