We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Co-op Student to support process improvement initiatives, operational documentation, and master data activities within our supply chain team. This role is ideal for a student interested in operations, logistics, continuous improvement, ERP systems, or supply chain analytics.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop standardized work instructions, maintain accurate supply chain master data, and help improve operational efficiency, quality, and consistency across business processes.

What you will do:

  • Draft, edit, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation
  • Observe and document current operational workflows across supply chain functions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and efficiency gains
  • Support continuous improvement projects using Lean principles and structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Create visual process maps, flowcharts, and training materials
  • Assist with maintaining and validating supply chain master data within ERP systems
  • Support item master creation, updates, and data accuracy initiatives
  • Help maintain data integrity for inventory, suppliers, bills of materials, and procurement-related information
  • Assist with data cleansing, reporting, and auditing activities
  • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, planning, customer service, and operations teams
  • Support KPI tracking and reporting for operational performance metrics
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities
  • Help standardize processes to improve consistency, training, and compliance
  • Support implementation of new systems, procedures, or operational changes

Requirements

We want you to succeed, so you will need:

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working with data and maintaining accuracy in transactional systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, Visio, or Lucidchart is considered an asset
  • Interest in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Data Governance is preferred

Salary: $21.00 per hour
Duration: Full-time temporary September 8th to December 18th 2026
