This individual will serve as a technical leader for the Web Application team and play a critical role in the development, modernization, and support of customer-facing digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative Full Stack Development Lead who combines strong hands-on development experience with the ability to mentor team members, establish engineering standards, and drive best practices across the development lifecycle. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, architecture involvement, and active coding responsibilities. Day to Day / Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and enhancement of customer-facing web applications. Build scalable and maintainable solutions using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Develop and support backend integrations using .NET/C#. Create responsive, enterprise-grade user experiences utilizing React and TypeScript. Partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Define and implement development standards, coding best practices, and technical governance processes. Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to developers across the team. Contribute to architecture discussions and support long-term platform modernization initiatives. Design and implement solutions within AWS cloud environments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to development processes, quality, and delivery.
