HR Research & Operations Intern (Part-Time) Company: Enabled Talent Location: Toronto / Sudbury / Brampton / Niagara (In-Person) Schedule: Part-Time (20–30 hours per week)

About the Role We are looking for an HR Research & Operations Intern to support projects across HR, workforce development, research, operations, and partnerships. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in HR, business, public policy, social sciences, or nonprofit management. Working closely with the leadership team, you will contribute to research, project coordination, HR operations, and organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities • Conduct research related to accessibility, disability inclusion, employment, and workforce development • Support HR and operational activities across projects • Assist with reports, presentations, proposals, and briefing notes • Research funding, partnerships, employers, and educational institutions • Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, and follow-ups • Maintain project documentation and operational records • Support events, workshops, and community engagement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications • Student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field • Strong research, writing, organizational, and communication skills • Interest in accessibility, HR, workforce development, or social impact • Experience in research, administration, or project coordination is an asset
