Help turn data into better business decisions. We're looking for a curious and analytical Business Intelligence Co-op Student to join our team in Oakville. In this role, you'll work alongside different departments to understand how the business operates, transform data into meaningful insights, and build reports that help teams make smarter decisions. Our team is driven by expertise, innovation, and a shared commitment to making workplaces safer every day. What You'll Do Meet with teams to understand their processes and reporting needs. Gather business requirements and translate them into data solutions. Build and transform data using Power BI Dataflows. Write and optimize Microsoft SQL queries and views. Design interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Validate data to ensure reports are accurate, reliable, and actionable. What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience writing SQL queries, joins, and views. Familiarity with Power BI, including report development and Power BI Dataflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn. Available to work in a hybrid setting, including regular in-office days in Oakville. Why Join Us?
