Additional Responsibilities: Triage service calls supporting clients with steps to resolve their onsite mechanic issues over the phone Escalate service calls as required by: Initiate and manage work orders in the system for the full cycle Act as backup for the Road Service Dispatcher in coordinating service calls and working through customer concerns with the team General administrative duties including reception duties, filing and other duties as assigned. Provide professional level customer service with all commercial clients Work with Road Service team to determine decisions and next steps addressing a client concern Other duties as required Skill and Qualifications Strong computer skills including MS Office Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills both in person and phone with the ability to provide technical information to non technicians Ability to collaborate with a team of professionals Driven to find solutions and make decisions within pre-approved areas Working towards a diploma or degree in Business, Office Administration or a related field Minimum 1 year work experience in a call center or customer service environment Ability to communicate responses in the best way for the client Training is provided This position is open to internal candidates only. This temporary assignment has been created to provide coverage for an employee who will be on leave. The successful candidate will perform duties of this position until the employee returns from leave or the assignment or otherwise ends and the candidate returns to their current role. The Bercon recruitment process may include a variety of steps and tools including the use of AI, employment testing and employment checks. Pay ranges provided may be adjusted outside communicated range based on a number of reasons including geography, skill level and experience. Individuals may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
