• 7+ years in solution architecture / data engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, etc.)
• Expertise in:

• CI/CD & automation practices
• Experience building data platforms / data foundation layers
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence, challenge, and drive clarity
• Experience working within enterprise architecture governance / review processes Background in large enterprise environments (financial services preferred)

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on AWS Solution Designer/Architect to support a leading Wealth Management organization in building enterprise-scale data platforms.

This role will focus on data consolidation, data foundation buildout, and data automation, enabling scalable analytics and advisor/client insights. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with leadership, driving architecture decisions while partnering closely with engineering and business teams. This role is hybrid 2x per week in office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AWS architectures for modern data and analytics platforms
• Lead data consolidation and data foundation initiatives across Wealth systems
• Build and enable DataOps pipelines (ingestion to transformation to consumption)
• Contribute to architecture review processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and policies
• Support automation and CI/CD pipelines for data and infrastructure workflows
• Partner with engineering and stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions
• Perform impact analysis and challenge design decisions to improve overall solution quality
