The Opportunity Aliant Resources is building a talent pool of experienced Document Control Administrators to support utility, engineering, infrastructure, and capital project initiatives. Please note: This is an upcoming opportunity. Qualified applicants who apply will become part of Aliant Resources' Alberta Talent Community and may be considered for current and future contract opportunities with our utility, infrastructure, engineering, energy, and public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities Maintain project documentation and document control systems Process drawings, specifications, and technical documents Track revisions and document approvals Support project teams with document management Coordinate transmittals and distribution of project records Ensure document compliance with project standards

Qualifications Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline Minimum 3 years of document control experience Experience supporting engineering, utilities, or infrastructure projects Experience with SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, or similar EDMS platforms Strong organizational and communication skills
