Role reports to: Director - Customer Ops Location: North America, Canada, Ontario, Markham Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Marketing PO Coordinator will manage the end-to-end purchase order (PO) and Request for Proposal (RFP) submission processes while serving as a key liaison between Procurement and Marketing. This role is responsible for supporting accurate, timely processing of high-volume requests, helping ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, and enabling smooth execution of Marketing priorities across multiple brands. Kenvue Canada’s corporate office is currently located in Markham, Ontario, and is scheduled to relocate to North York, in the Yonge and Sheppard area, in September 2026. Key Responsibilities · Coordinate and submit purchase orders and RFPs in accordance with internal procurement policies across multiple brands. · Track and manage the PO lifecycle, including approvals, modifications, and timely closure. · Partner with Finance and Procurement teams to identify and resolve PO-related issues. · Maintain vendor records and support vendor inquiries related to PO processes. · Serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing teams on PO, RFP, and vendor-related needs. · Support Marketing initiatives by ensuring procurement requests are processed efficiently and on time. · Manage a high volume of incoming requests with accuracy, efficiency, and sound judgment. · Prioritize competing tasks and escalate urgent matters to help maintain business continuity. What we are looking for Required Qualifications · 3–5 years of experience in procurement coordination, finance operations, administrative support, or a related role. · Strong understanding of PO and RFP processes. · Experience working with procurement or ERP systems, such as SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms. · Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. · High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience supporting Marketing, agency, or brand teams. · Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements. What’s in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$61,000.00 - $97,175.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
