Marketing Instructor (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your marketing knowledge could help shape the way AI thinks about branding, consumer behavior, and go-to-market strategy? We're looking for experienced marketing educators to evaluate and improve AI-generated content — ensuring it reflects real-world accuracy, strategic depth, and pedagogical soundness.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role powered by Alignerr (in partnership with Labelbox), one of the leading platforms for AI training data.

Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

Review AI-generated marketing questions, scenarios, and explanations used in AI training datasets Evaluate the quality of reasoning around positioning, messaging, consumer behavior, and go-to-market strategy Provide clear, structured feedback to improve content accuracy and real-world relevance Apply your teaching experience to identify common misconceptions and gaps in AI-generated content Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule to meet project deadlines

Who You Are

3+ years of experience teaching marketing at the postsecondary level Strong command of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and brand theory Able to critically assess written business reasoning and strategic recommendations Comfortable delivering clear, actionable written feedback Self-directed and reliable when working remotely on task-based projects

Nice to Have

Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Hands-on industry experience in marketing, growth, or brand strategy roles Prior exposure to AI content evaluation or data annotation workflows
