Role: Business Attorney (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $80 - $105/hour

Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Transactional Attorney to work on a contract basis. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements to support business operations. The role requires expertise in transactional law with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service agreements and partnership agreements. • Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws and company policies. • Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracts with business objectives. • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all legal agreements.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • Minimum 3 years of experience in transactional law. • Strong proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation. • Ability to analyze complex legal documents and identify key risks.
