Bilingual in English and French Minimum 5 years of project management experience within financial services, real estate, construction, facilities, or a related industry. Strong project coordination and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proven ability to identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues. Experience leading project teams and stakeholders throughout the real estate delivery project lifecycle Experience monitoring construction progress to identify and resolve difficult and sometimes complex design or construction issues that are not immediately evident in a timely manner
